What are the typical commitment levels?
We typically work with participants who can commit $50K or more per SPV, or $100K or more to the fund. Specific details are discussed after verification.
Who is this for?
Marathon Fund is designed for accredited investors, qualified clients, and qualified purchasers. US-based participants must meet SEC eligibility requirements. Verification is part of the onboarding process.
What do these investor types mean?
Accredited Investor: $200K+ income ($300K joint) or $1M+ net worth excluding primary residence. Qualified Client: $1.1M+ net worth or $2.2M+ assets under management. Qualified Purchaser: $5M+ in investments. Higher tiers unlock access to additional opportunities.
